The search page is the core result of the translation project.
Here are the search tools available on this page.
Search Tools:
Search Term:
This is where you enter words to search for.
You don't have to type anything in; it's often empty
while browsing through different sets.
Set:
This is where you pick sets to search through. For instance,
you might want to find all the Snow characters in all
Visual Arts sets.
|
Blocks: related sets, like LF2.0 and LF3.0
Preconstructed decks: 60 card decks premade for you, from a mix of sets
Individual sets: these are the expansions, such as AL1.1 and TM2.0
|
Card Type:
This lets you limit the search to a certain type of card.
Card types are: character, event, item, and area.
Elements:
Elements are the alignment that cards are attached to.
They are: Snow, Moon, Flower, Sky, Sun, and Star.
Choices are inclusive; if you check Flower, for example,
you'll search through cards that cost Flower, provide Flower,
or use abilities that cost Flower, even if they also cost Snow.
Rarity:
These are inclusive; searching for rares will also display
rares that have foil versions.
Common, uncommon, and rare are standard card rarities.
Promo cards come from events and premade decks. Many sets have
Parallel Kira cards, which are printed in both foil and non-foil
versions. Lucky cards come two per set and are extremely
rare; you can mail them in for 5 original art cards!!
View Type:
Here, you can choose to browse with Summary View or Ability View.
If you typed anything into the search term, then you'll get
full view instead.
Here are sample views from the different Search Modes.

Summary view is for a quick list of many cards.
Cards from each set are separated by set headers (in this case, the orange bar),
which list the set name and the official short form for the set.
It takes very little vertical space per card entry, so it's good for browsing
all the Flower-type characters in the game, for example.

Ability view is for more information on a batch of cards.
The focus is on the effects of cards and how much it costs to get those effects,
while still taking up minimal space per card.
It doesn't tell you the AP-DP-SP or field limitations for characters.

If you enter a search term, your results will be displayed in Full view.
It shows all of the requirements for playing the card and what effects it provides,
in both English and Japanese. It also adds other information, such as the original
game that the character comes from, what company made that game, and who drew the
art for that card. In short; it shows everything but the art itself.
Also, if a card has translation notes, the notes are listed only in Full view mode.
Clicking on the english name of a card from Summary View or Ability View will show
you the Full View for that card.
