There's a few steps in preparing for a game of Lycee. 1) Shuffle your decks. 2) Each player draws 7 cards. If you have no character cards in your hand, you can reveal your hand, shuffle it in your deck, and re-draw one more time. 3) Decide who takes the first turn. Jankenpo or coin flipping works well. You're allowed to look at your hand before deciding. The player who goes first only draws one card in their very first Warm Up Phase.
